La Bella Figura Necklace #003

My ‘La Bella Figura’ line of necklaces is all about elegant simplicity, focussing on clean lines and contrasting textures of smooth and faceted beads. In this piece I’ve gone all faceted, prompted by the somewhat African tribal feel of the different coloured metallic rondelle beads. These may look like gold, copper and shiny and oxidised silver but are in fact just common old iron pyrites which has been faceted then coated with different coloured metallic laquers. The pyrite is combined with beautiful chunky triangular beads of solid Karen Thai Hilltribe silver which is 97% pure. The lobster clasp, extension chain and other findings are in sterling silver.

As with all costly jewellery, it is wise to keep your special necklace safe in its own box, away from daylight and away from other jewellery items that might scratch it.

This is a chic necklace that will really work to enhance any number of looks. Wear it on its own with clean-lined high fashion looks or layered with other necklaces for a more relaxed tribal or boho look.

Length: 37 inches/94cm for the longest strand with a 2 inch/5cm extension.
